My Passion

The things i am very passionate is Swimming.Because i love to swim at the age of 6.Actually i already join in the competition in the Dasmariñas,Cavite.And i am thankful and grateful because i am the one who give medal and trophy actually the trophy is small but its okey.I stop swimming because i have an asthma.So sometimes during weekend or vacation i join swimming lesson to improve some skills that i didn’t know yet.Sometimes i love riding a bicycle to remove stress and to smell fresh air in my sorroundings,I imagine myself to be part of the SEAGAMES to improve my talent and also to see many people of my talent.I want to make my parents proud of me,and support my talent as well my own decisions.

My Daily Routine

This is my Morning routine.My clock alarm exactly 5:30 am in the morning and after that i clean up my room and go down stairs to prepare my breakfast.I also prepared bowling water to taking bath because the water is cold every morning.And after that i prepare my uniform clean and neat before leaving in our house and ride a vehicle.

And also this is my school routine in this photo it was a Defense for Business Proposal that time so we are praying with my groupmates have a good presentation in the front of the penalist.After a few minutes We all shocks because we got a perfect score in the presentation.So we are all now happy in that time,so we take picture as a remembrance for the Defense.

And this is my afternoon routine so we see in this photo i visit my Grandfather to make happy for me.Sometimes after school i visiting him to know that how much i love him.I buy flower for him and candle and i talk to him why he is in that place.

And lastly this is my evening routine.Eating Tapsilog is one of my favorite food in the evening together with my Tita’s & Friends also i love to eat tapsilog because its so nice and its so delicious.And i buy a cake from the bakery also to make sure that my tummy is full.

And also this is my evening routine drinking chuckie.Because chuckie its makes me stronger.

It improves your cardiovascular fitness and also Improves you mascular strength and endurance.This sport allows you to exercise your upper and lower body in a wide range of motion.Swimming is also good source of physical theraphy,particularly for people who have musculoskeletal health.

Physical health is not the only benefits of swimming.According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,water based exercise such as swimming.

There are lot of research that improved of what Briggs says.But there are some research that coming out showing the positive impact of physical activity in Alzheimer’s.

When you begin a swimming routine for atleast 150 minutes per week to get the most benefits,Briggs says.
